What would be the best class to choose, to be ..

Question

a Primary school teacher,

so far i have chosen as highers

Higher Enlglish,

Higher Art,

Higher Modern St,

Should i pick either Int 2 maths or Higher Admin

Im rubbish at maths though !?

But what would i need more, do you need a high maths grade to be a Primary school teacher if you already have English ?

You need to talk to your adviser.  If you don't know who that is go to the office and ask someone; they can point you in the right direction.  That way you don't end up taking classes you don't need.  Take advice from someone who has experienced it first hand! Good luck! :)

You need GCSE's and A levels of C or above in English, Maths and Science. You then need a degree, which can either be a primary education degree BA hons, which will make you qualified for primary education only, or you can get a degree in something else and do a one year PGCE which gives you teacher status.

you don't need 2 maths to be a primary school teacher just go with one.
