moved from one state, having an owed balance from a car that i never recovered, and a valid license...
moved, changed my license over to that new state, brought a new vehicle and registered it that new state....
had some medical issues, decided to be closer to friends and family and moved back to the state with the unpaid debt, at this time, unable to pay my car insurance and received 1 moving violation and 3 parking tickets which were also unpaid now left me with cancelled insurance and unpaid tickets(and hopefully no warrants).....
now back in the previous state, should i re-register in the state i owe, or would it be easier or cheaper to re-establish insurance and stay with my current registration.
also, with the unpaid tickets, what kind of affect, if any does that have on the registering of the vehicle, with possible suspension on my license?
is it possible to have a license in one state with registration in another? i do have 2 addresses, either way works!!
