What would be the best food to have in my diet if I'm working out to lose weight and get toned?

I'm eating every three hours and working out pretty much everyday--

Breakfast?oatmean

Snack-rice n tuna

Lunch?chicken and sweet potatoe

Snack-

Dinner?

Snack-

??Idk what else?

  1. Protein and fiber will keep you at your best. Skim milk when you have milk. Oatmeal is great, flavor with honey and not sugar.

    If you eat rice then have brown rice.

    Snack on celery sticks with peanut butter,

    A big thing is DO NOT drink diet soda. It is full of high fructose corn syrup and aslo has aspartame which can stimulate cortisol which in turn makes you gain weight.

    For a drink have flavored seltzer water, like Polar they come in cans and different flavors. Very bland but no calories or sugar and it's much better on ice.
