What would be the best make-up for me and hair products? (English ppl only)?

Plese only people who are from the UK answer because i will will know whic products your talking about :)

I have afro carribean hair- which would be the best products to use?

I've got dark skin ( i'm half white and half jamacian), and dark brown eyes-which would be the best make-up to use for my skin?

Ok well I'm white but I know when it comes to make up Fashion Fair and Bobbi brown are good. If your on a tighter budget, Sleek range in superdrug. For your hair, Dark and lovely? Sorry I can only tell you brands lol. If thats you in your pic I don't think you need it. Maybe loreal true match minerals for flawless skin ;) x

Is your hair frizzy? Redken all soft is very good this will soften hair and control frizz this is salon branded stuff so it is a bit more expensive but very good. As for make up for your eyes you have a choice as us brown eyed girls can pull off pretty much any colour but the best colours to use to make brown eyes stand out are blues greens purples pinks and sand colours purple smokey eyes look great too as does greys you should apply a very natural blush just at the apple of the cheeks just apply a clear lipgloss to your lips to make them glossy and shiny

Since you already have dark skin, a good exfoliation and moisturiser will be completely fine without bothering with foundation. Then just apply some light bronzer onto your cheekbones.

I think dark skin looks amazing with bright, glittery eye shadows. Greens, blues, think peacock =]. Just plain black liner and mascara would do fine, especially with those bright eye colours. Try looking up Gosh!, they do a bright range of eye colours :)

The best make up, well depending on your complexion could vary if you mean foundations and stuff the best ones on the high street for me would have to be the bare minerals powdered foundation or something similar. I usually use models prefer which you can purchase on ebay or www.ukqvc.com

I suppose you could have a look at fashion fair and iman products as well found in department stores.

As for hair products, it depends somewhat if your hair is natural or relaxed. I would suggest if you're natural to try mixed chicks hair products, if you look at www.mixedchicks.co.uk you can find the nearest salon to purchase products from if you are uncomfortable with buying online. I don't think I can give you products good for relaxed hair as it has been a while since I relaxed.

I'm an Avon Beauty Adviser from the states.  I looked up Avon UK.  They also have the Perfect Match line of foundation so you'll be sure to get something that's a dead-on match.  As far as eyeliner, I would go with a brown-black or just a black.  Avon has already released there new mistake proof mascara in the UK (due out next month here).  With your skin tone and eye color you can pull off a range of shadows.  The ExtraLasting Powder eyeshadows in Peach Sands.  The color trend multistick eye in Berry Blissful is nice too.  And you get 3 shades for one price!

As far as hair care, if you're looking to keep your hair straight - Avon Advance Techniques Super Straight Smoothing Balm is a good one.

Dunno cos I'm whiter than milk myself, but I noticed a dead good black beauty mag when I were in Tesco the other day. You'd spot it dead easy it were called something like black beauty and had a dead bonny black women on the front, (with the glossies) it looked dead good x

and Maybelline is great for me it has all the great collours in make up tht make my skin luk flawless and its affordable too there dream matt mouse foundation is the best for coverage and just great lookin skin in genneral lol

if you're on a budget check out http://www.eyeslipsface.co.uk the have decent cosmetics and they are cheap, if you have dark skin bright colours look awsome like bright greens and blues on the eyes, and if you use shimmer on your cheeks it will make you look brighter

Well I have a friend who's like you, and she usually wears dark blue eyeliner which looks awesome! She does mainly go for blues and greens

She avoids heavy eyeliner, very gold eyeshadows, red lipstick, reds in general on the make up front.

Not much of a help but worth a try!
