I m in 7th grade, and my lunch is around 1 pm, and i get really hungry around 10 or 11, so i was just wondering if there is any kind of snack that is handy, small, cheap, and taste good. Something like a bar,or some kind of bottled drink i saw on lots of commercial. It need to be really small and it cant distract the class, becuz i brought some candy, and oreo and every body just jump up to my face and ask for them, its really imature and annoying and get me in lots of trouble, also the teacher was being really picky about eating chips too. Its would be really nice if someone can recommend somehting they bring to work with them. THank you so much for reading : )

  1. mozzarella cheese sticks, individual serving bags of baby carrots. Sometimes I put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each other and roll them up.  I put them in a ziploc bag and take them with me.

  2. I'd bring sliced apples or an orange. That way it's quiet and healthy too.

  3. Keep a jar of dry-roasted nuts, with dried tropical fruit bits and chocolate or yogurt covered raisins in your pantry.  Take little baggies of it to school.  The nuts are protein, which will give you energy - instead of just sugar from cookies

  4. I'm really hooked on those Quaker chewy granola bars.  Especially the chocolate chunk ones, and they only have 90 calories.  Perfect for a little snack.

  5. Soyjoy

  6. Any thing by Nature Valley.

Real energy boosters and not too filling either.

    Good Luck

    Hotttttt  Doggggggggg

  7. you know what they say cheese and crackers

  8. Gummy fruit snacks or fruit bars can hide well. Open the packages in your lap. The gummies are small enough to hide in your hand from your classmates and just break the bar in pieces in your lap or under your desk. Sitting in the back of the room could help too. If your teacher doesn't mind you eating just ask to switch seats let him/her know you get hungry or see if he/she can open a 10 minute break period at close to 11 so everyone has time to use the restroom, snack, or ask him/her about the first half of class. This could help stop continuous interruptions throughout the school day, because someone is usually having to go.
