I wouldn't have thought that it needed promoting. My city has restaurants of every type you can imagine & most people try out different cuisines.  Nowadays a lot of people can only afford fast foods & can't afford anything else.

Cook great food for the folks already coming to your restaurant.  They'll do all your advertising for you.
