  1. Nashville, TN.

The winters are mild. It still snows sometimes, but it's nowhere near as cold as where I used to live (Ohio).

I mean, it's a city, so there bound to be rude people and nice people.

  2. well i would say boston mass. it is very good with transpertation but it snows but it is so beautful and in the summer it is really hot!!!

  3. Not really.

Warm climate - you would think California, Florida or the Desert SW. Neither of these places have a good public transportation system - you are going to need a car.

Good Public Transportation - here you would think NYC, Boston, Chicago - not really a warm climate.

Job market depends on what your skill base is.

As for friendly people, that's subjective.

Some say there is a southern hospitality, while others call it phony and nosy.

Some say that NYC is rude, while others would say they are honest.
