What would be the best team in madden 09?

Hello all. Thank you to all of you who got my previous account deleted. I was a level 3 an now i must start from scratch. this is not a rant so please dont go getting me deleted again. I found out that answers really helped me with some things. now on to the question.

what team do you think i would best dominate with on madden 09.

1) i need a good running back. i want some who once i get past the secondary will have the speed to go the distance

2) my defense revolves around shutting down the pass so i need aa team that does it well

3) i dont want them to be able to run all over me either

4) at least 1 game changing wide reciever would be nice

5) at least one beast pass rusher

6) good qb not really necessary

7) livable o-line

Well thats easy, the Vikings, and the eagles might be another good choice, maybe the steelers. I really like the Bills in '09
