Looking to sell a newly built home, by owner in Lake Havasu AZ. Is now being rented out to vacationers and winter snow birds. House is fully furnished with new furnishings and would be sold that way. Don't want to list with realitor and have sit on market. House sits on a half acor with a lake view

Your best bet it is use the realtor at the lake.   Vacationers wanting to buy a home will stop by that office.
