  1. Your going to have to supercharge it to get any gains, Ive looked around for mine and intakes actually lower your power and exhaust doesnt go much since its only a 2.8L. Chips dont really do anything either. So you pretty much have to fork over $5000 for a PES system or go with a used one for like 3000 if you can even find it.

  2. there really is nothing you can do short of getting a supercharger kit.  I mean yes you can dish out the $300 for the intake and receive 1-2 whp.  You can dish out the $1000+ for the exhaust with a 4-6 whp gain.  Many who own the 2.8 will not mod it unless they go all out.  Your best bet is to sell it and buy they 1.8T or 2.0T and then get a chip and diverter valve.  Chips give the "most bang for the buck."

  3. Cold air intake, for starters..a K&N air filter, BIGGER injectors.. larger sized cam.. port and polish the heads, NGK Iridium spark plugs, and then a performance intake manifold. After these inital steps.. Try turbocharging.. the gain is worth it.. but it's expensive..

  4. Trading it in for the 1.8T version and getting it chipped (with an APR, GIAC or Neuspeed chip).  If you must keep your 2.8, then get a new intake and exhaust... but it'll cost you and you'll get minimal hp improvements.
