What would be the best way to run a bunch of cables from the dash to my trunk space?

I plan on running a VGA cable, USB cable, RCA Cables, these are to hook my laptop (in trunk space) to my touchscreen display (in dash) i may add more but if i get these figured out first that would help. I have a 2003 Subaru Forrester. Any advice would be welcomed.

I have mine through the side panels of the car. That has always worked good for me you should try that. If you cant get them up for osme reason try under the carpet.

go under the carpet  and under the seats so you cant see the wires

Just run them under the carpet. Easiest way.

To do it properly..

Remove seats.

Remove Dash Facia.

Remove carpet and associated trim/covers/consoles

Bundle the new wires into a loom and put it into spaghetti/split tube and then run it from the front to the back.

It will probably be too big to fit under most of the interior panels, so I would run it along the side of the console, then to the along the transmission hump, under the back seat and into the boot.
