The bus takes too long and the train only goes to Boston thrn I would have to take the bus to Portland, ME and my destination is Bath, ME. I really don't want to drive my truck, plus I hate driving into the unknown.

  1. No actually the Amtrak train does go to Maine, you just have to change trains in Boston to the Downeaster line to continue to Portland. Once in Portland try the Concord Trailways bus for the continuation to Bath. If you want to make the entire trip by bus in a faster time skip Greyhound and stay on Trailways for the whole trip, Peter Pan Trailways from CT to Boston and then Concord Trailways to Maine. Good Luck
