Look for shipping agents at a port near you.  They will have to crate for shipping by sea.

Air will be more expensive.

You need to call a freight forwarder.  You can find them through the yellow pages of any big city.  They specialize in putting together crates like yours into large containers that then are sent on ships.

Another alternative is to deal with someone like UPS (formerly United Parcel Service).  They will ship by air, which will be more expensive but faster, and they can handle a lot of the paperwork for you.  You can find them at http://www.ups.com.
