What would be the email setting of my members when i want all of them to receive every messages that i posted?

Is it individualized? daily digest?

  1. Individual setting but if your group is super busy they will also be able to see the messages from you as part of the digest format as well.


  2. Make sure none of them is set to No Email.  Post your message from the web as a Special Notice.  (Just check the box at the bottom before posting.)

  3. unless you have a rule as to what each member's mail settings are, those mail settings are the rsponsibility of the member, not owner. resetting someones mail settings can result in them bouncing if the member is not expecting the change
