The answers members OZBOZ48 & JIFFY S gave you the exact same but acurate answers. & the only way you can have two flags is regardless of nationality, if you just choose to decorate for example, outside your home because youre proud of both heritages. Usually though, a person's nationality is the right flag.

You cant be both spanish and mexican as a nationality so your flag would be the one from which ever country you were born in. And if you are of spanish descent your flag doesn't morph with the other flag, its stays the same as the one from your country of birth.
