What would be the longest time i should take out my contact lenses? (take a break from them)

i want to take a break from my contacts and found out that it is okay to do that. How long would you suggest i keep them out for?

you can keep them out for as long as you want as long as you can see, or have glasses to help you see. There is no timeline on how long you keep them out, only how long you keep them in.

That's entirely up to you. You don't ever have to wear them again if you don't want to...lol

After you have left them off for 2 weeks or more  though, you would be wise to start off slowly again when you decide to wear them.

4 Hours the first day, and increasing 2 hours a day...

If you are wearing "Daily's" then at the end of the day.  I would say no more then 10 hours.  

I don't wear "Extended Wear", but I hear it is up to 2 weeks.
