  1. driving wihile suspended/revoked, depending on where you live you can go to jail for up to a year.

  2. The charge would be- "Driving while license suspended". You could be given a citation and/or taken to jail. You could also lose your license for a longer period of time.

  5. uhhh, driving with a suspended license.

  6. my ex went though this five times. This is coming directly of his court papers,

       # Charge            Grade                     Description

    1 75 § 1543 §§ A      S      DRIV WHILE OPER PRIV SUSP OR REVOKED

    and possibly reckless driving...

he got fines and had to pay them, if you don't appeal the case, you won't have the possibility of jail time, at least in Northampton and lehigh county. PA

    Good Luck

  7. You would possibly get arrested for intentionally driving without a license. You'd definitely get a ticket for driving without a license. If arrested you'll have to pay bond and go to court, pay a fine and possibly court fees. Your best bet is to take the bus.
