After working with terminally ill people for the last 12 years, none of them ever say they wish they spent more time working on something they really wanted to do or spending time in the office; all say they wished they spent less time worrying about little things, more time enjoying their lives and spending more time with family and loved ones.  That's it for me; my husband and kids, nothing else is really that important.  Sometimes it's hard to see past the stuff that gets in the way but I think it's worth it.
