  1. Mine. It is a 1998 Ford F-150 pickup that runs on natural gas (methane). It gets 15 mpg, but natural gas here is only 87 cents per gallon. I guess it isn't terribly fuel efficient, but it sure costs a lot less to fill up! Check out my sources below and you'll have lots of good facts for your project. Good luck!

  2. This electric truck is very efficient and it only costs $1,995.00 new!

  3. A website I really like is newcartestdrive.com. And for new full-size trucks, the most fuel efficient is the Chevy Silverado.

  4. A USA made truck -- is the Ford Ranger with the small engine and manual transmission.

  5. I saw an electric one at the bank yesterday.   Since electric motors are over twice as efficient as internal combustion engines, I'd have to go with it.

  6. At this site you can compare all of the current hybrid trucks on the market today.

  7. The Ford Ranger

  8. Check this site  www.fueleconony.gov.   Its the EPA's site for finding and comparing fuel mileage on almost every car and light truck on the market.
