  1. f**k off. There is no opposite...... why do you want loads of opposite for Irish sayings that NOBODY uses like top of d'mornin

  2. May you always be walking into a storm? as "may the wind be always at your back" is a way of saying hope all goes well then you could use lots of other sayings to mean the opposite.

  3. not the answer but interesting, theres a small place in mayo near achill called tonragee, its names comes from that saying (translated from irish), but the literal translation is a r s e to the wind.  Otherwise the saying is a good luck message so the opposite would be something like go to h**l!

  4. may a hurricane commense and propel you into the air, flinging you with heavy force, into the sidewalk.

  5. May the sun always shine upon your face.

  6. May everything that You encounter hinder You.

  7. Um....Maybe.....

"may the water always be in your face"

Thats all i got for ya...hope it helps!

  8. It would be "go F#@% yourself"

  9. It might mean that the wind as in breaking wind should always be behind you , and not in your face . So the opposite could mean , but probably doesn't,I hope everyone always f**ts in your face.

  10. may the wind always be a header and knock you on your a**

  11. Um..."May your life be spent swimming upstream" ?  "..driving head-on into gale force winds" ?  "I hope you have a difficult time"...?

Yes, I am joking around a bit, but the opposite would be wishing difficulty on another person.

  12. Obviously, it would be, "May the wind be in your face."

  13. Your first answer is right, it's an Irish blessing.

  14. Since you want the opposite and that would be wishing someone an "ill wind", the first thing that came to my mind was "May someone always be farting in your face."  JK  but that's the best I can do for you.

  15. it must be

'show bravery and p*ss in the wind'
