What would be the physical states in this equation?

..I know NaNO3 is a solid, but that's it!

however the reaction is most likely run with solutions of the materials, three are soluble in water, CdS is not:

try this:

Cd(NO3)2 (aq)  + Na2S (aq)   ---> CdS(s)  + 2 NaNO3 (aq)
