We ate at a restaurant and my 8 year old daughter and neice went to the restroom. While they were inside a man entered and used the restroom with the stall door opened and his pants to his knees. When we confronted him and the employees at the restraunt everyone laughed and told me I was overreacting because it was an accident... What should have been done in your opinion?

  1. report it he is a perv ...

  2. Call the police or do something drastic. Also, try to find out who it is and sue him in a civil court of law for the harm done.

I tell you also that those homosexuals in their g*y pride parades should also be arrested and sued for lewdess in front of minors when they simulate s*x acts.

Regarding the restaurant you should contact the owner and advise him you'll create a lot of bad publicity and won't go there any longer if they maintain a bad attitude.

You should insist that those employers be fired, unless some other measures are taken. You can rest assured they are liberals.

  3. Call the police and make a report. That is just plain sick. I would call my local news stations and tell them what happened and how the restaurant handled it. I'm sure the public would love to know why a grow man can drop his pants in front of young children and no action was taken against him and they actually laughed. I'm sure it would not have been funny if it had happen to there kids.

  4. Yes, definately report it to the police.  I strongly believe that he is a pervert in the making.

Don't underestimate how much this sort of behaviour can affect a child.  Maybe not so much for this (depends if he exposed himself to them), but a man exposed himself to me aged 11 years and it took me 4 years to get over the fear, I became agoraphobic.  I was so scared he was going to rape me.

  5. I don't see how this can be an "accident". Toilets clearly state what s*x it is. I would not be going back there and I would write a complaint to the manager on how you were treated. Who is to say this wasn't some perve?

  6. I would report it because it could be a pervert that seen your daughter and niece go into the bathroom. I do not know of any men that pee with their pants at the knees.

I was flashed twice in my lifetime and it scared the S*** out of me.

first time when I was 12

something should be done so that he don't have any more "accidents"

  7. It does not sound like there is anything that can be done.  It was already done when you confronted him and the employees.  If it was truly a mistake then he and the restaurant employee/manger should have apologized and they should figure out why a man could mistakenly go into a woman's bathroom.  Maybe the door isn't marked properly.  It isn't funny but no really big deal should be made over it to your daughter and niece either. Don't keep going over it with them.  They don't need to develop some kind of fear of going into public restrooms or feel like they aren't safe.  I wouldn't go back to that restaurant because they did not see that this was a serious issue to you.

  8. Call the resteraunt manager.

  9. Wow, I can't believe that happened, and everyone laughed about it.  I would certainly talk to the owner of the restaurant, or write a letter.  Report them to the Better Business Bureau if they don't do anything about it (apologize, free dinner, something).  Obviously, they can't do anything to the man, because how would they find him?  But the main thing is to tell the owner how disturbed it was that the waitresses, etc. laughed about it.

  10. It doesn't sound like an accident to me.  I have done the same thing you did, confronted the man and the manager of the restaurant. Put a complaint with the manager, and let all the people you know and that go to that restaurant about the incident.  Don't let your 8 year old daughter go to the restroom by herself, it might not be safe, I know sometimes, it seems easy or we are busy but it would only take a few minutes to go with them, I always take my 9 and 6 year old daughters, even if I'm shopping and I have to leave my shopping cart or if I have to stop eating, I just think of the things that could happen to them.  Is better to be safe than sorry.

  11. Wow that wasn't a funny matter and I would not just stop at the employees I would of called the manager.  I agree what man pulls his pants all the way down to his knees.  Hello the man knew that was a ladies room and to have two 8 year olds in their alone with him how scary.

  12. Definitely not likely that it was just a mistake.  If it were, he should have immediately left, or at least closed the stall door (if it was after he, ahem... started).  Either way, you can't do what the other guy said and go around suing everyone just because of that.  Mistakes DO happen and you'd probably have a hard time proving without a doubt that it wasn't a mistake.  The kids aren't going to be scarred for life just cause he was in there.

  13. just tlak to the police and see what your rites are...
