  1. Your questions has a serious flaw. There will be no savings. The government will just spend the money another so we the taxpayers will not benefit a red cent. With a socialist like Obama in the Oval Office you can bet the give aways will increase significantly after all its only "fair." Don't  hold your breath waiting for the IRS to go away, not in your life time.


  2. They're in a budget request for 2008 of 11.6 billion.  The total US budget is about 2.5 Trillion.
