Just curious..not going to do it myself.. i dont even have any medications... Could it be life threating??

Would it make you be delirious where you don't really know whats going on that much?

Ritalin is a brand name for the stimulant drug methylphenidate.  It affects the nervous system like other stimulants.  In excessive quantities it could produce high blood pressure, nervousness, sleeplessness, irritability, and the other usual effects of stimulant overdose.  It could affect your judgement and lead you to behave irrationally.

Reported methylphenidate abuse side effects include psychosis (abnormal thinking or hallucinations), difficulty sleeping, mood swings, mood changes, stomach aches, diarrhea, headaches, increased s*x drive, lack of hunger (leading to weight loss) and dry mouth.
