i am captain of this team, and now that i m leaving, i want to thank my juniors for their love as well as encourage them to continue fueling the passion for the sport!! what would be best for my beloved juniors?

give them each a picture of yourself and a card that lets them know that they can acheieve anything they try if they believe in themselves, doesnt have to be expensive but sentimental.............also if you are rich lol give them all trophies that explain there accomplishment in you eyes  like they could say for determination, good attitude and bull dog tenacity __________(insert name) deserves to be honored.... or you could do certificates its not cheesy it will mean a lot to them

How long have you been on the team? Just a little while? If so ask them what they would like but that's about $5-10. Have you been on the team for a long time? You should know them really well and get them something you know they'll like.
