What would be the typical entrance age of a US university?

17/18 is the most common entrance age as that is the standard age at graduation from high school. Some high schools offer dual credit options so there could be students in classes as young as 13/14 (age at entrance of high school). There is also an increase in mature students returning to university so there may be a number of 20-something students and older.

When I was going to BYU I had people as young as fourteen attending with me.  I don't think it matters how young as long as you meet the academic standards set by the school.   Good Luck!
