What would be the way of a process of defamation?

i mean, a person attacking other because he was insulted in an anonymous internet forum, one person lives abroad ( for example the offender)how does it starts and which stages will follow? thanks...

There is no defamation.  If it was an "anonymous" forum, you can not claim that he defamed "you", since he didn't know it was "you".

Doesn't matter if she knew you, she can claim she didn't, she can claim no one else who read it knew who you are, there are a lot of ways to defeat a defamation case immediately......plus if she doesn't live in the US, you have a hard time figuring out where to sue her and whose laws apply - if she was sitting at a computer in Tokyo, the server is in London and you're in the US............seriously, insults don't really count in law.
