  1. Not bad, but I think you might need a few more players to make up a decent team.

You're missing 5 guys; loosehead Prop, Second row, Blind side Flanker, Inside Centre and a wing.

    I'd go for:

    Prop - Hayman (NZL)

    Hooker - Ibanez (FRA)

    Prop - du Randt (RSA)

    Lock - Matfield (RSA)

    Lock - Chabal (FR)

    Flanker - McCaw (NZL)

    Flanker - Collins (NZL)

    No 8 - Kankowski (RSA)

    Scrum-Half - Pichot (ARG)

    Fly-Half - Carter (NZL)

    Centre - Henson (WAL)

    Centre - O'Driscoll (IRE)

    Wing - Habana (RSA)

  10. Prop - Carl Heyman (NZ)– Colossal Force, great Scrummager and just solid all round.

Hooker – John Smit (SA) is Just a class above everyone else at the moment, his lineouts are pinpoint, he takes the ball up well, solidin the scrums, and a great leader. How many lineouts do you ever see South Africa lose ? World Cup final – 13 line outs for SA – 13 wins. Speaks for itself

    Or

Marius Tincu (ROM) – The Romanian had a fantastic World cup, and took it upon himself to carry the Romanians in all their games, brute force and power, powered through the Italians, and the All Blacks in the RWC for his tries.

Prop – Sheridan (ENG)– Solid as a Rock, brute strength and Power.

Second Row – Victor Matfield (SA)– Again a line out king, and great skill levels, fantastic in the tight or open play, the best second row out there.

Second Row – Simon Shaw (ENG) - Was phenomenal at the RWC. Is just everywhere and great skill level, hands like a back.

6 – Juan Smith (SA)– Doesn’t get the praise he deserves. Tackles anything that moves, and a great ball carrier, and fantastic in the line out.

7 – Schalk Burger (SA)– What a player! A nightmare for opposing teams, this guy is just stealing the ball at every break down. Hard as nails and who knows where he get’s his Energy levels from.

8 – Chabal (FRA)– Great ball carrier, solid defence. Fantastic pace for a no.8 and combined with his size is a hard man to stop.

9 – Fourie Du Preez  (SA)– Just an all round class act, precise passing, great tactical kicker, pace, and an elusive broken field runner.

10 – Juan Martin Hernandez (ARG) – Great player, brings out the best in those around him, great flair and can spark an attack from nothing.

11 – Bryan Habana (SA) – Pace to burn, solid in defence and puts in huge hits. A phenomenal finisher.

12 – Fracois Steyn (SA) – Great footwork, Strenght. Speed, solid in the tackle, passes like a scrum half, and a huge boot. Great temprament as well to handle the pressure situations.

13 – Brian o’ Driscoll (IRE)– Didn’t have the greatest world cup, but still a stand out player for Ireland. His try against Namibia showed his skill and awareness. Take your eye off him for a Second and he’s gone. Phenomonal strength, and pace to burn, and can find a gap in any defence.

14 – A close call between Josh Lewsey (ENG) and Delasau (FIJ). Lewsey is solid with great pace…but so is Delasau…Make your own decision but I go for Lewsey. Ngwenya can’t be considered for one moment of brilliance. As we don’t know what his defence is like.

15 – Jason Robinson (ENG)– This guy is a huge threat from the back. Kick loosely and he will punish you. Fantastic footwork that leaves defences for dead, solid in the tackle, and can create something from nothing.
