She has made : death threats , threats of slander, threats of accusing me of stealing. I have a lawyer to see today or this week - just waiting for his call. I have a report made out to take to the police station. She will get people to be liars for her and say they were with her during each of the allegations I make against her. I have had to take these actions because now she is threatening that her mother will call the police and say I borrowed money and never paid it back - I never borrowed any money from her. All of this is because I want to leave her. What is the best way to prepare -

  1. Evidence.

Have paperwork of all these allegations and reports. If she's lying, she will obviously have no paperwork. In the legal world, what's on paper is what can save you.

Keep a copy of that police report. If you have pictures with dates on them, use those too. She can't prove that you borrowed money if there's no signed or recorded document of it.

  2. first of all the police will laugh in her face..they will say take it to small claims..police do not get involved in this kind of stuff that's why we have courts  remember she must show pro ff that you borrowed money from her..so don't sweat it...even though recording is not admissible l in superior court it is in small claims courts I would tape conversations just to protect yourself.
