What would be your response to WET?

I had just answered a question that caused me to ponder, how would society respond to White Entertainment Television (WET) in addition to Black Entertainment Television (BET). Some my question to YOU is, how would YOU respond to a White Entertainment Television (WET)? Would YOU accept it as most do Black Entertainment Television (BET)? Those of ALL shades of pigmentation please answer!

For me it would depend solely and entirely on what they were offering in way of programs.  If I liked their listing, I would watch them, if I didn't, I wouldn't.

But then that is EXACTLY what I have ot say about any and every other station on TV, too.

I would accept is as long as it's not racist, BET isn't racist it's degrading to all races and even more so to females.  And another thing that's sad, but true some of the artist on there make me ashamed of our black men.

Free speech reigns, so if somebody actually had the money and the balls to launch the WET network, I would accept it.

However, what's the point?  What would you put on it?  Dukes of Hazzard reruns?  NASCAR?  Martha Stewart Living?  You can find all of that stuff on another channel.  

Why?  Because most television is White Entertainment.

Besides, there's already a plethora of "white entertainment" and you can view it on ALL 3 national networks, PBS, Fox and MOST of the cable channels like Country Music Television (CMT).

suppose this channel will be chopped full of redneck sports, fishing / hunting shows and occasional opera. I'll watch the redneck sports but little else. You can and should be proud of your race, unless you are white, then you can't be proud w/o pissing off everybody else who isn't white.
