  1. I don't want to move but, if I were looking for a booming economy to work in I would go to Ireland.  If I were looking for health care from cradle to grave I would move to Sweden.  If I were looking for an easy  retirement I would consider living in Spain.   And if I didn't care about any of that or had no transferable skills, or was to lazy to make a move I would stay in Florida and watch the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

  2. Japan!  I've lived there twice before and loved it!  The people are very kind, the food is amazing, the public transportation cannot be beat (you really don't need a car), and it's safe, safe, safe!  They have so few murders and no one owns a gun.  How many Americans can feel that good about letting their kids play outside or ride the train alone??  Wish I were there now!!

  3. I have no second choice.  Nothing like the good ole USA!

  4. Canada: because I know where I can get a job there with my current skills and since English is one of the two national languages there, I could take my time learning French.

  5. England

  6. The UK, because I like the British sense of humor towards life.

  7. SWITZERLAND. THEY HAVEN'T BEEN SUCKED INTO A WAR FOR CENTURIES. LOOK AT ANY TRAVEL BROCHURES, CAN YOU BLAME ME. THEY ARE ALSO ONE OF THE MAJOR FINANCIAL CENTERS OF THE WORLD.

  8. If I was forced to leave here, I would want to go to Australia.  It seems to be the most like the USA.
