When i turn on my tv i start to lose all the low channels i lose 1 about every thirty seconds. they start to get fuzzy then they go to static. after about thirty minutes they start to come back. I don't think it is a cable problem because all of my other tvs work just fine

  1. A weak signal in the cable line can do this. The others TVs will work but anything down line of where the trouble is will be affected. Have the cable guy come out and check the signal strength in the room where the TV is.

  2. A bad VARACTOR or a bad CAP in a tuner will make you lose channels one by one....

    Been there, done that....

Time to get a new tuner or a new capacitor on the 30 Volt line to your tuner.....

And of course, I did have ONE tuner that actually had a resistor changing value over time....rare, but still a possibility.

    So now you know.....
