Just wondering what medical or health problems could cause a person to have poor blood circulation. O.K., the person's me. LOL I stay in shape. I eat healthy foods, I'm not overweight. I've had my Iron levels checked recently. My blood type is A+ if that means anything. I stay cold sometimes it be hot outside like on a summer day and my hands will be cold. Oh, man! In the winter I can't stand it. My hands hurt bad! I went to the the doctor once and he said I have very thin veins nothing I can do about it, he said you just have to warm up harder than other people to stay warm. Is there more to this? Was the doctor just saying some B.S. because he didn't know and didn't want to take the time to find out what in particular?

  1. Diabetes... check your blood sugar.

  2. Do you smoke, that would do it, also lack of exercise would do it.

  3. Disease.

  4. Your doctor was just feeding you BS. You could have gotten a better answer on Yahoo Answers!!! LOL I believe you should get a second opinion and look into a condition called Raynaud's Syndrome.
