Question:

What would happen (details)

I've asked a question before about how my mom hasn't taught me since the fifth grade, and refuses to send me to school. And she wants me to read Huckleberry Finn in place of a math textbook. If I called the school, could I be anonymous, or would they have to know who I was? What would happen if I told them that?

  1. It's illegal to not send your kid to school or not school them in some way, might want to tell her that.

  2. you also asked questions about how this guy at school looks at you and how you like him... so stop making stuff up...

  3. This sounds a little hard to believe, but if it's true and if you are under 18, your parents are probably violating the law. Most states require minors to be enrolled in an accredited school program or to be home schooled using an approved curriculum with periodic testing.  Call the school and ask about registering in the fall. They don't need your name to  tell you if you have to be registered or how to go about doing it. If you do want to register, they will need information from your parents.  I don't know what happens if the parents don't cooperate, but they can probably tell you that too.  Good luck.

  4. Thats illeagle not to educate you properly! Your mother can getr introuble if they find out you havent tested out. A friend of mine almost had to go to court because she never tested out her daughter.

  5. you never said anything about summer class. you said she refused to send you to school. YOU need to expailn thing more clearly next time.

  6. do it. call the school. i think everybody deserves a good chance at being in middle or high school.

  7. Maybe you should call. . . and they need to know who you are.

  8. id call the school.

  9.       im confused i dont really get what your taliking about....

  10. Anonymous.
