  1. well h**l im against deportation but if the w***e is threatening your safety then i say send that p**a packin

  2. You're not safe, call the police immediately and tell them everything you've told us.

  3. You can probably find a confidential tip number somewhere, and outline that you do not want them to punish your landlord, in exchange for information about the illegal alien.

  4. Confidential tip number? Can you even call the border parol on someone just like that? They make housecalls?

  5. Find another place to live urgently.  You are not safe there.  If the house is raided and there are drugs, you get busted too.  Get out of there today!

Then call ICE Hotline (number on the ICE website) and report the landlord for "harboring" illegal aliens and report the illegal alien for being illegal, smuggling drugs, etc.  And call the police regarding the threats against you, drugs, illegal alien smuggling, etc.

  6. Well if you believe in using violence against people because they were born on the wrong side of the border, born in the wrong body, and forced into poverty, then you could wreck her life, but you wouldn't be a decent human being.

  7. What side of town do you live in?   Sounds like you should done your homework on where to live.  As they say in realestate......Location.....Location......

  8. You need to file a harassment complaint with the police. This will give them the probable cause legally necessary to investigate. I believe the police have the legal duty to at minimum, question the person who you are filing the complaint against.

Even if the police do not have enough evidence to charge her with a crime, they can and will have to arrest and detain her for ilegally being in this country. Then they will transfer her to the US Immigration and Naturalization Service's custody for eventual deportation. It is doubtful the INS will directly investigate a possible illegal alien complaint directly from you. They usually act only on larger groups such as sweatshops and farms.

The Border Patrol's function by the way, is limited to just patrolling the border.
