I studied some psychology,, and I thought John Watson's theory of the blank slate made the most sense.

I think he'd grow up to be an average guy who just looked like Hitler.

  1. Most likely, inless his DNA made him the same in the head as Hitler. Also he isn't influenced by hitler, like others were.

  2. Next Republican presidential candidate?

  3. He may decide to follow his painting career this time.

  4. You'd be very unpopular.

  5. Sorry, but i disagree. The basic behavior is embedded in our genes, the only difference is in the occasions we have to let them run free from punishment. So it will end up at least as a neighborhood cop.

  6. So the question is essentially, what defines a person?

I think it's a healthy mix of genetics and experience.  From what I know Hitler was probably most influenced by experiences.  But, if he suffered from a mental illness, then I would expect that to be expressed in his clone as well.

  7. But then he might rear his ugly head to get you! One Hitler in the world is enough. Thank-you!

  8. He would need to shave that ridiculous mustache..that's so not in style anymore.

    Wait..was it ever?

  9. Probably, however they would share a number of traits. I doubt that we're clear on what is genetic and what isn't, it's likely to be a mix of interactions between the two.

  10. His life would be very different and I believe he would be a very different person today depending on his surroundings...

  11. I don't know about being an average guy but I'd say his chances of being anything like Hitler are pretty remote. I think a lot of Hitler's stances came about through one random occurrence to the next. Meaning primarily environment-influenced...as you also say.
