  1. have 2 things to say to your friend:

    1. Why on earth would you not go to an exam on PURPOSE, and if you did that, then you obviously wouldnt care about what happens, seeing as you've taken such a big risk....and the exam board dont care for what reason you didnt come to the exam...at the end of the day you didnt come to it, and thats that. You'll get an X (which means you didnt show up) so thats one gcse wasted!

    2. Is your friend mentally deranged for even thinking of that?

    no offence whatsoever.

    x

  2. if u didnt tell them u did it on purpose, you might just resit or they will use the mock result

  3. ZEROO

    a very bad ideaaa

  4. I thought about my reply long and hard, because this is a very serious theological question, and the answer I have arrived at is this.

You would not pass them, you muppet!!!!

  5. You won't get a qualification in that subject, and you parents may be asked to pay the exam fee because you had an unauthorised absence. I would advise you to have a go - I didn't feel I could do one of my exams and was thinking of ducking it - but I got a "D". I know it was a long time ago and people say only "C" and above counts but at least it shows you have been to the lessons and shown some discipline. Hope you make the choice that's right for you.

  6. At its worse, a severe ticking off from subject teacher

Real worse ticking off from parents/guardians.

But really, nothing untoward would happen, nobody can make you do the exam. Go ahead, have a go, you may even surprize yourself. You have nothing to lose, if you already think you are gonna do bad.

  7. mean person sayin ur a failure! i didnt go to my gcses and now i 100% regret it. so many people say you will and you dont belive them but you seriously do. the grade will go from your mocks and/or your corsework

  8. my school makes you pay - i think it's around £13 per test

  9. if you didn't turn up without withdrawing then you get a fail

  10. I think you would just fail and get an unmarked grade (u). nothing worse than that!

  11. You would show everone how big a failure you really are!

  12. If you don't tell them you can't make it then they will not let to re take the exam another time. After the exam, if you do not have a valid reason to why you didn't turn up then they will not take your mock result into account and you would receive a grade U. If you have a valid reason which is basically, you broke your leg and couldn't walk to the exam, etc, then they will use your mock result.

  13. Your parents will make your life a living h**l on purpose.

  14. HA, you'll fail and unlikely to get a job.

  15. That would be stupid and would you really want your CV to show that you didn't even do a test?

  16. Why should anyone else care?

You sit an exam to prove some sort of competence or ability at something. If you can't be bothered going it just shows you can't be bothered trying - and you spit in the face of teachers and others who have tried to help you.

  17. you get an U if you dont give a good reason like a hospital note or something. you are a lucky they let u resit but of course you are avoiding it so might as well get an U. lol

seriously dont do it. im sitting my science on tuesday=D

  18. You would fail basically and to make things worse you have to pay for missing the exam.

so you might aswell go and sleep during the exam so then you wont have to pay haha

  19. I didn't go to one of my exams.

All that happened was the teachers got a bit worried how a 'U' would look on my GCSE results list..

Though I had informed them before that I didn't want to sit the exam, they tried to re-assure me that I'd do fine etc, but the morning of the exam, stress just got to me so I couldn't go in for it =[]

    So yeah

    basically

    nothing happens :S

  20. You fail it.

  21. I think it is a £35 pound one but it depends on exam boards, subjects etc. You will also get  a U. Might as well just turn up and give it a shot really.

  22. all that would happen is that you would get charged for the exam you didnt turn up to!

  23. You fail and You are charged for the paper.
