1 please dont - it could be fatal or cause permeant damage. at the very best case it would be incredibly uncomfortable and confusing for them

#2 i think if you cat has been spayed or neutered it would have a different effect on them then if they arnt.

That's just cruel. It would probably kill him. Viagra dilates blood vessels so that blood circulates more easily to a mans genitals so; if your cat isn't as large as grown man then it could possibly die.
