What would happen if I got caught!?!?

Question

I'm 14 living in ny state. What would heppen if I got caught drinking? or drunk? What about if I was caught smoking? how about high on an illegal substance? high on a legal substance? What if I was caught drunk, high, and smoking?

.    THe jails are full.  You would get a stern warning from the judge.  Say "Yes, maam" and look sad.

Depends if you way smashed or high they will put you in a cell over night..you wont be fined or charge for being high cause you could found it not selling or dealing it.. unless your carrying more..smoking cigs isn't bad just a fine and a phone call home..and since your under 18 you prob would work it off doing Community service

You'd be arrested and spend time in a juvenile center with a bunch of other animals. That's assuming the drugs and alcohol don't kill you first.

dude I've been there done every thing you said and more been arrested for everything you said and more and the bottom line is don't do it it's not worth it..... ok so maybe some of it is but still don't do it enjoy your life don't spend it in jail jail ain't fun at all end of story no bad (kind)

You would go to Juvie for a couple of months then you will have to fight for your life to get past the addictions of the substances unless you want to waste your life and die in a hole as you watch the world go by without you. You shouldn't even think about trying to do these things and i suggest you stop talking to that 'friend' of yours who stole a tractor. By the way if your going to do this to act cool, then good luck. Sure some may say wow his taking drugs now but can you say that you will live past 20 ?
