  1. you'd lose weight, but you'd be weak and malnourished

  2. u would get fat bc fruits have a lot of carbs and sugar

  3. You would possibly lose weight but what would happen is that you would get very loose....um...droppings, and wouldn't be getting any protein either. So if you want to lose weight it would be better to eat smaller, balanced portions of food.

  4. You would be pooping like nothing else, but eating bananas should help with that, and yes, you should loose weight that way. Just make sure you get enough protein from somewhere.

  5. I think your healh is well and will loose weight.

But you can eat some cereal and peanuts, almonds nuts and eggs in order not to be weak.

  6. Then you would be depriving your body or everything else it needs.... not the best weight loss program, although I have seen worse on here...

yes, you would become really light headed, your body needs protein and carbs

  7. you would turn in to one!!

JK but you probably wouldent want to do that even tho it seames healthy  you should still eat proper amount of foods from each  food group and try to to cut out on sugar and do alot of exercise like running biking or even hula hooping it great to tone your stomach and leg muscle!!

this is what a growing kid should eat so maybe if you are trying to loose weight in a healthy way these might work

    Grains

Grains are measured out in ounce equivalents. What the heck are they? Ounce equivalents are just another way of showing a serving size.

Here are ounce equivalents for common grain foods. An ounce equivalent equals:

    1 slice of bread

½ cup of cooked cereal, like oatmeal

½ cup of rice or pasta

    1 cup of cold cereal

    * 4- to 8-year-olds need 4–5 ounce equivalents each day.

    * 9- to 13-year-old girls need 5 ounce equivalents each day.

    * 9- to 13-year-old boys need 6 ounce equivalents each day.

And one last thing about grains: Try make at least half of your grain servings whole grains, such as 100% whole-wheat bread, brown rice, and oatmeal.

    Vegetables

Of course, you need your vegetables, especially those dark green and orange ones. But how much is enough? Vegetable servings are measured in cups.

    * 4- to 8-year-olds need 1½ cups of veggies each day.

    * 9- to 13-year-old girls need 2 cups of veggies each day.

    * 9- to 13-year-old boys need 2½ cups of veggies each day.

    Fruits

Sweet, juicy fruit is definitely part of a healthy diet. Here's how much you need:

    * 4- to 8-year-olds need 1–1½ cups of fruit each day.

    * 9- to 13-year-olds need 1½ cups of fruit each day.

    Milk and Other Calcium-Rich Foods

Calcium builds strong bones to last a lifetime, so you need these foods in your diet.

    * 4- to 8-year-olds need 2 cups of milk (or another calcium-rich food) each day.

    * 9- to 13-year-olds need 3 cups of milk (or another calcium-rich food) each day.

If you want something other than milk, you can substitute yogurt, cheese, or calcium-fortified orange juice — just to name a few.

    Meats, Beans, Fish, and Nuts

These foods contain iron and lots of other important nutrients. Like grains, these foods are measured in ounce equivalents.

An ounce equivalent of this group would be:

1 ounce of meat, poultry, or fish

    ¼ cup cooked dry beans

    1 egg

    1 tablespoon of peanut butter

½ ounce (about a small handful) of nuts or seeds

    * 4- to 8-year-olds need 3–4 ounce equivalents each day.

    * 9- to 13-year-olds need 5 ounce equivalents each day.

  8. why is it loose?btw that will deplete lots of muscle from your body...brisk walk an hour daily and add small portions of complex carbs and lean proteins in your diet...eat 5 small healthy meals daily...

  9. What possible harm can fruits and healthy food do to any human being, but you will lose weight thats for sure, as your only putting green and light food that its going in your digestive system abnd coming out, so no poultry is going to your body. Food which are meat type and healthy are fish, which is good for body

  10. Actually, you may find it more difficult to lose weight if you were to deprive your body of the essential proteins from other foods.  When your body doesn't get the nutrients it needs, it will stock up.  Kind of like a bear hibernating in the winter, actually.  People are frequently taught to believe that cutting out certain food groups will help them lose weight.  It won't.  Some people actually have trouble losing weight because of that.  The best way to diet is by eating the proper amounts of food from every food group.  Junk food and a lack of exercise are the main reasons for obesity.

  11. if u eat fruits everyday ur going to be overloaded with vitamins and that's good. drinking milk everyday gives u a lot of calcium improving ur bone density.but i think u should eat a lot of other foods too because u r going to get deficiencies. it is said " a man can survive days without food but cannot survive without water" so if u drink water every day ur going to be okay for about a week and then u r going to be sick.... its up to u what u want to do. i dont think it would help to reduce ur weight but excerscise is good way to reduce weight

  12. bad diet, you need protein and iron, which your not getting from fruit and veggies. Just eat balanced meals, like skinless chicken breast and a salad, there you will get your protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals.

  13. bad idea.

low fat whipped yogurt, rice cakes, oatmeal, FROZEN fruits (they're better for you and cheaper) special k, change from eating white bread to whole grain, i had a whole grain bagel, doesnt taste much different from the plain when you toast it. NO JUNK FOOD, at all, i know its hard trust me, i snuck a snickers in before =) haha only 1 though, chicken and turkey (not the lunch meats, the real deal) whole grain rice.

  14. You would actually become malnourished.  Fruits contain a lot of sugar -- that's why they are sweet tasting -- but they do not contain everything that you body needs to repair itself.

You would also lack essential proteins and amino acids that are supplied by eating meats and proteins.

Fruits also make your blood sugar rise too quickly.  You need "complex carbohydrates" like pasta, which gives yiou the necessary energy, but is harder to digest and thus does not raise your blood sugar to fast.

With the "fad diets" you don't losse that much weight.  So the end result is that you are now overweight AND SICK.

There are two CRITICAL steps to losing weight.

    1) Eat fewer calories than you use.  Eat balanced meals, but eat less.

    2) Use more calories than you eat.  Exercise LOTS more.

STAY AWAY from fad diets like "fruit only" or "The Water Diet".  The Water Diet, especially, is known to be FATAL.

  15. You would be lacking many nutrients because you would be eliminating at least one food group.  You would also become extremely 'loose' and f**t a lot.

  16. you would prob never leave th toilet!!!
