  1. The answer will be different depending on what you are doing.

If you are putting cut flowers in water, plant food won't help, but there are preservatives to help cut flowers last longer.  Some people put in sugar, or there are preservatives that you can purchase.

If you are potting live plants in 2 different pots, then the one given plant food will grow faster and more lush than the one without.  That is, of course, if you don't exceed the recommended amount.  If you do,you can "burn" the roots and possibly kill the plant.

  2. the one with t he food will grow faster because it uses the water to make sugars in photosynthesis and if you give it food you're most likely taking a shortcut through photosynthesis

  3. it's like a ranch... having a good quality animals are fed by good quality food.

plant also need essential nutrients to let them grow faster.

  4. The one that you also gave plant food would probably live longer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
