What would happen if I sold an ebay item and never send it but I got the money?

The buyers would report you to ebay, give you horrible feedback (which in that case would probably be the least of your concerns), and then possibly terminate your account. They might also arrest you if it was worth the effort (because remember, they have your banking info, address, and phone number!) I wouldn't try it if you're considering it.

Besides getting bad feedback and kicked off ebay, the seller will probably call the cops who will find you and arrest you.

It's actually happened in my area.  The sellers actually went to prison!!!  YAY!
