  1. Wouldn't worry about the voltage.  Should be OK.  Just heed the current draw of the amp.  The adapter should be able to handle the maximum current of the amp.  If it doesn't then you need another adapter.


  2. Not much probably! Would probably work fine, better to have the right adapter though.
