  1. Some one would have bought WCW anyway, but Vince was the only person who had means to. There probably wouldn't be an Invasion storyline, but eventually they same wrestlers from WCW would probably come to the WWE.

  2. WCW would have eventually drove themselves into the ground cause they were going short on money and veiwers so they would have been like ECW and went bankrupt

  3. wcw would of went down on its own

  4. no none of that would have happend probly but yea wooooo ric flair

  5. If Vince didn't buy WCW, honestly they still would be the top money drawing wrestling company in the world. Really buying WCW didn't have too much impact as it didn't signifigantly boost ratings for WWE.

WWE would not be exactly the same they propably would not have the brand extension because they wouldn't carry so many wrestlers on their main roster as they started when the brought the WCW guys in.

I don't think WCW would still be around today as it was, it may have recovered and been able to land another TV deal, but it would still not receive ratings as high as it got during the late 90's.

  6. all the great wrestlers might still be in the ring and Sting would not be used like TNA is using him. mabe some of the guys that wwe has might go to WCW that would be cool

  7. sometimes i wish he didnt... because think of the great matchs wed be having now for rating battle...

  8. i think wcw would've either kept russo and went outta business OR they would've fired him and got better.

    either way russo ruined wcw

  9. vince and bischoff may still be competing with each other. i dont know

  10. Eric Bischoff would have bought it, closed it, and had a grand reopening of a revamped WCW at the Hard Rock in Seminole Flordia.  He would have rebuilt the brand then taken it back out on the road.  He did something just like this when he took over and moved it to disney world when he took over WCW.   It would have been cool.

  11. Well, WWE would have had more competition. The WCW Buyout was more Time Warners fault than Ted Turners.

Ted did his best to keep WCW going, but it was costing AOL/TimeWarner millions a year in annual loss.

When Ted stepped down from Time Warner he lost alot of his share went to the company

  12. Eric and Vince wouldnt fight.

WCW needs to be back to end Cena and ECW life. Lol

  13. TNA wouldn't exist.

WWE wouldn't be so kid oriented as they'd have competition.

Of course they'd be around today.  Vince wasn't the only buyer, he just outbid everyone else because he REALLY WANTED it.

But that wasn't the real WCW killer.  The real WCW killer was the AOL/Time Warner merger.  That's what forced Ted Turner to sell it in the first place.  Had that merger not happened, there is no telling what the wrestling world would look like now.

  14. WCW was already going down hill, but if they worked with it more they could have been more successful.

WWE probably wouldn't be the same. If WCW was still on at the moment and they had build their promotion. WWE would maybe still be in the ratings war phase with WCW.
