What would happen if WWE's Umaga became a train conductor?

And if someone didn't have enough money to pay for their train fee, Umaga the train conductor destroyed them.

In the WWE, he would get away with it because it would be "sports entertainment" and a "closed set" with everyone on the train being "actors and stuntmen".

But in real life, what kind of settlement would a passenger get if it really did happen and it wasn't fake?

Conductors don't go into the WWE because the money isn't as good as railroading and the benefits are a lot worse.  Besides, the passenger conductor is audited and would not destroy tickets.
