What would happen if a Bt plant outcrossed with a corn plant?

If the regular corn plant was crossed with Bt corn, you could get Bt corn offspring.  That has happened and it brings down the wrath of the company that created the Bt corn.  You could not plant the hydrid seeds because the amounts to stealing that companies product.
