What would happen if a guy started taking birth control pills?

I'm not very educated in the ways of birth control pills, but what effects might it have? and no, I do not plan to start taking them

Not much, the estrogen may decrease the hypothalamic drive to the pituitary, that in turn controls the  testes and testosterone production may decrease some. The estrogen may stimulate the b*****s to grow. BUT, the amount of estrogen in a modern birth control pill relatively low and the effects would be slow in coming.

Talk to a doctor.  birth control pills aren't over the counter and a prescription is needed.  Ask the person who wrote the prescription.
