hehe,,both regulates hormone activities and increases libido, but tongkat ali increases testosterone productivity, where as KF regulates estrogen and progesterone,

to answer your question,, Kacip Fatimah will not have significant effect on male but female on tongkat ali certainly wont develop a you know what but will have more hairs , rougher voice and broader figures. less curvy.
