What would happen if a pitcher gave up hit, tackled the runner before reaching 1st, and the runner taged out?

For starters it would be interference, the runner would get first and the umpires could decide the runner would have gotten 2 or 3 bases.  The pitcher would almost certainly be thrown out of the game and be fined.  He might be suspended.

Pitcher would get called for interference, runner would go to first, and the pitcher would probably get thrown out of the game.

Pitcher would be called for interference, runner would be awarded 1st base.  Pitcher would possibly be thrown out of the game.  Whether or not he is ejected, the League would probably review the incident and he would probably face suspension.
