  1. they would be extinct in the 1st place. There would be a sudden change in the food chains or even food webs.

  3. It would probably upset the food chain in some way I'm not aware of, but as for me, I would not be missing them any until I found out the food chain was out of balance.

    I just found out that scorpions eat crickets and spiders, but now that crickets are becoming a delicasy among humans,  it might not be noticed.

  4. desert biomes would be thrown out of balance maybe, depending on the region.

  5. it would probably cause a chain reaction in the food chain, and have massive repruccushions, like the Earth's temperature changing even a fraction of a degree

  7. You would likely get overpopulation of insects in some places until other predators filled their niche.

  8. We would sadly miss these amazing arachnids that give live birth, having nurtured the young in the female's body; and the mother carries the young on her back at least until the first moult.
